2011 Wildflower Gardening and Native Landscaping Workshops with Prairie Habitats Inc.
Join John Morgan of Prairie Habitats Inc. to learn all about prairie gardening and prairie landscaping with native Manitoba wildflowers and native Manitoba grasses. Topics include an introduction to using native plants in the home, cottage and acreage landscapes, their propagation, native lanscape design, planting, maintenance and identification. You will also go home with seeds to start your own native prairie garden! Workshops are held at the Living Prairie Museum, 2795 Ness Avenue, Winnipeg. Please register at the Living Prairie Museum by phoning 832-0167. Cost is $35 for members of the 'Friends of the Living Prairie Museum'; $45 for non-members.
