Purple Coneflower (Echinacea angustifolia)

Purple Coneflower is absolutely stunning with its striking red-orange 'coned' center and drooping mauve petals. It is excellent for cut flower arrangements, and attracting butterflies and hummingbirds. Plant it with Gaillardia, Black Eyed Susan or Goldenrods for a beautiful contrast of colour.
