Sand Bluestem (Andropogon hallii)
Sand Bluestem is very similar to Big Bluestem. It has dark green to silvery blue leaves and extremely hairy seedheads that birds will enjoy. This bunch grass is drought resistant and excellent for erosion control on sandy soils.
