Switch Grass (Panicum virgatum)
A spectacular tall grass with lush foliage that turns gold in the fall. This popular prairie beauty tolerates any soil conditions. It provides seeds for songbirds and excellent cover for wildlife in the winter. Switch Grass goes well with Big Bluestem, Indian Grass, Canada Wild Rye, New England Aster and Goldenrods.
