Blue Vervain (Verbana hastata)
Packed full of tiny blue/violet blossoms arranged in spikes. Self seeds, fast growing and blooms almost twice as long as most other native wildflowers. A host for butterfly larvae. Looks beautiful mixed with Golden Alexander, Swamp Milkweed, Helenium Joe Pye and New England Aster.
